Should I opt for Amtico flooring or Karndean flooring?

It really depends on your budget, intended application (area of the home or office and environmental factors, as well as foot traffic), and your aesthetic taste. Both make high quality vinyl flooring products, but the manufacturing process is slightly different – Karndean flooring consisting of five layers including two PVC backing layers, a photographic layer and two protective layers, and Amtico flooring consisting of compressed resin and plasticisers.

They come with similar guarantees, and while Amtico flooring is often said to be ever so slightly more realistic in emulating natural materials, Bexleyheath customers should keep in mind it’s also typically more expensive than Karndean flooring. Both options, however, are cheaper than purchasing the real deal e.g wood flooring.
